Three COVID-19 Patients Die In Lagos

Three persons have died of complications from coronavirus in Lagos State.

This was made known by the state Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi on Saturday via his Twitter handle.

“3 additional #COVID19 related deaths were recorded in Lagos bringing the total number of such deaths to 50,” Abayomi tweeted.

He also confirmed the 254 new cases announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday night.

He tweeted: “254 new #COVID19 Infection confirmed. Total number of confirmed #COVID19 cases in Lagos is now 4393.

“29 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients; 5 females & 24 males including 2 foreign nationals -Indians 🇮🇳 were discharged.

“#COVID19 is real, ensure regular #Handwashing and #PhysicalDistancing #ForAGreateLagos.”
