National Association of Nigerian Student (NANS) has condoled with President Muhammadu Buhari and the Kyari family over the death of the late Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, who died on April 17 after battling coronavirus complications.
In a statement made available to MERIDIAN SPY, the NANS President, Comr. Danielson Akpan , condoles the president and the immediate family of the late chief of staff on behalf of the members; executive council and stakeholders of the organization over the demise of the deceased president’s aide.
“May I on behalf of the Executives, members and stakeholders of the largest black students movement in the world, National Association of Nigerian Students, NANS condole with President Muhammadu Buhari and the family of Mallam Abba Kyari, over the death of the later; may his soul rest in peace,” the statement reads.
Kyari died on April 17 in a private medical facility in Lagos after battling some coronavirus complications. And was laid to rest in Gudu Cemetery , Abuja , in accordance with Islamic funeral rites on April 18.
