Discussions at the event were centered on customers’ experiences and requests in areas such as technology downtimes, loan collateral requirements, delays in loan processing, and the need for more accessible funding opportunities.

The programme is open to women entrepreneurs whose businesses are duly registered, have operated for at least one year, and where the applicant holds no less than 50 percent ownership.
The appointment marks a new chapter for the group under the leadership of its Chairman, Mr. Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, who returned to the helm after the passing of former Group CEO, Mr. Herbert Wigwe, in 2024.
