Former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-rufai, has said his administration left behind financial liabilities to the tune of $577.32 million foreign debt, N64.54 billion domestic debt and Other Contingent Liabilities of N16.06 billion for the new governor, Senator Uba Sani. Pump price of Premium Motor Spirit, PMS, is now selling for between N600 and N680 per litre at different petrol stations where the product is available.
