Police Caution Nigerians Against Covering Vehicle Number Plate

The Lagos State Police Command spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, has warned Nigerians against covering vehicle number plates.

Hundeyin warned netizens about the National Road Traffic Regulations.

 

Speaking on Sunday, in a post on his official X, he noted that the punishment ranges from fines to prison terms.

In a now-viral post, he wrote; ‘’Covering of number plates is against the provisions of the National Road Traffic Regulations. When convicted, punishment ranges from fines to prison terms.
