The Court of Appeal in Abuja has set aside the suspension of embattled All Progressive Congress APC national chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.

A judge of the Federal Capital Territory FCT High Court in Abuja, Justice Danlami Senchi had on March 4 made an order suspending the ruling party national chairman, Oshiomhole.

However a three-man panel of the appellate court, led by Justice Abubakar Yahaya, on Monday, ordered a stay of execution of the FCT High Court’s order.

The court ruled that the order would remain binding pending the hearing of Oshiomhole’s motion for interlocutory injunction slated for Friday the 13th of March.

The panel also unanimously directed the respondents, including the Police and the Department of State Services DSS to further restrain from giving effect to the FCT High Court suspension order.
