Wike-backed PDP Faction Summons Emergency NEC, BoT Meetings

A faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led by Abdulrahman Mohammed has summoned an emergency meeting of its national executive committee (NEC) and board of trustees (BoT) for Tuesday.

The meeting will take place at the PDP national secretariat in Wadata Plaza in Abuja.

A notice signed by Samuel Anyanwu, an ally of Nyesom Wike, minister of the federal capital territory (FCT), said the BoT is expected to convene at 11am.
