The United States has reportedly advanced a 15-point proposal aimed at ending its conflict with Iran, with Pakistan serving as an intermediary to transmit the plan to Tehran, according to media reports on Tuesday.

Details of the proposal, first reported by Israeli broadcaster N12, indicate that it includes commitments requiring Iran to abandon any pursuit of nuclear weapons and to transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

Separately, U.S.-based outlet Axios, citing a source familiar with the negotiations, reported that Steve Witkoff, the U.S. special envoy, informed Donald Trump that Iran had already agreed to several key provisions, including relinquishing its reserves of highly enriched uranium.

However, uncertainty remains over Tehran’s formal response to the proposal, as noted by The New York Times. The position of Israel, another central party to the conflict, also remains unclear.

President Trump has consistently maintained that Iran is keen to reach an agreement, stating that ongoing engagements are being conducted with the appropriate representatives and suggesting strong willingness on Tehran’s part to secure a deal.

He further confirmed that Marco Rubio and JD Vance are actively participating in the diplomatic efforts.

The development underscores ongoing high-level attempts to de-escalate tensions through negotiated settlement, although critical uncertainties persist regarding the responses of key stakeholders
