UPDATED: 35-Year-Old Man Dies Of COVID-19 In Lagos

Lagos State Commissioner for Health, Akin Abayomi has revealed more details of the coronavirus patient who died in the state.

Meridian Spy reported earlier the death of another COVID-19 patient in Lagos.

The Lagos State Ministry of Health, made the disclosure on Tuesday via its verified Twitter handle but gave no details about the patient.

In a Twitter post on Tuesday, Abayomi revealed that the deceased patient was a 35-year-old Nigerian male.

He tweeted: “1 #COVID19 related death was recorded; the deceased is a male, Nigerian aged 35 years. Total #COVID19 related deaths now stands at 31.”
