The Senate has dismissed reports claiming that it rejected the electronic transmission of election results during consideration of the Electoral Act (Amendment) Bill.
House of Representatives has passed for second reading, a bill seeking to amend the Electoral Act to criminalize the failure of a presiding officer to deduct excess votes in a
