“May Your Star Never Dim”, Obasanjo Prays for   Tinubu at Ogun Event

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo on Saturday warmly received President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his visit to Ogun State, offering heartfelt prayers for the nation’s leader as he commissioned key projects executed by Governor Dapo Abiodun.

“May your star continue to shine, may your star never go dim,” Obasanjo prayed, drawing a resounding “Amen” from President Tinubu at the event attended by top political and business figures.

The president was in the state to inaugurate a series of infrastructure projects completed by the Abiodun administration, marking a significant milestone in the state’s development efforts.

The high-profile event attracted several dignitaries, including Babagana Umara Zulum, Biodun Oyebanji, Douye Diri, as well as prominent business leaders Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola.

Obasanjo’s remarks underscored the significance of the visit, which brought together political leaders across party lines in a show of unity and support for ongoing development initiatives in Ogun State.
