The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), yesterday said the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has taken delivery of  sensitive materials for next week’s presidential election.

According to the commission, the different zonal stores of state and local government offices of INEC are presently taking delivery of sensitive materials for the conduct of the 2019 general.

INEC, in a bid to ensure that the forth- coming elections be conducted as the best in the history of the country’s democracy has swung into action in fine-tuning all necessary arrangements to the effect of a successful, credible, fair and globally accepted election exercise.

The presidential and national assembly elections have been scheduled by INEC to hold on February 16, while governorship and state house assembly elections have been slated to hold on March 2, 2019 by the commission.
