Veteran Nollywood actress and politician, Tonto Dikeh, has publicly expressed her appreciation for the Islamic religion.

In a post via Instagram on Tuesday, she shared her experience of living near a mosque for four years and getting touched by the daily call to prayer.

“I wake up to the best sound every day for the past four years… the sound of love and dedication, the sound of God’s beauty and love,” she wrote.

Dikeh also inquired about ways to support a mosque beyond financial donations, asking her followers for suggestions.

“If I wanted to donate to a Mosque, what do 1 give aside money?” she asked.

The actress praised the dedication and intentionality of Muslims, stating, “God/Allah is love. I’m deeply touched. My biggest prayer is to understand the Muslim faith. Their dedication and intentionality is worthy of emulation.”
