Lawmaker, Braimoh To Be Buried Friday Afternoon In Lagos

Lagos State House of Assembly lawmaker representing Kosofe Constituency II, Tunde Braimoh will be laid to rest at 2:00pm today, according to close associates of the deceased.

MERIDIAN SPY reports Braimoh died of undisclosed illness in the early hours of Friday.

A member of the Assembly, Hon. Sanni Ganeey Okanlawon from Kosofe Constituency 1 confirmed the death of the deceased in a Facebook post in the early hours of Friday.

“ONE DEATH TOO MANY, TUNDE BURAIMOH, Sun re o,” Okanlawon wrote.

The 59-year-old lawmaker will be buried at Vault Garden, Awoyaya, beside Mayfair Garden, Lekki, Lagos.

Braimoh, who was until his death the Chairman, House Committee on Information, Security and Strategy in the Lagos Assembly, is suspected to have died of COVID-19 complications, according to Sahara Reporters.
