Kwankwaso’s Son Resigns Commissionership to Support Father

Mustapha Rabiu Kwankwaso has resigned as the Honorable Commissioner for the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and as a member of the Kano State Executive Council.

In a statement, Kwankwaso expressed gratitude to Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for the opportunity to serve the people of Kano State. “I have cherished the experiences and lessons gained while serving, and I appreciate the trust placed in me,” he said.

He called on the government to continue supporting the youth and sports development initiatives in the state. “I pray that the youth of Kano State will continue to receive the attention and support they deserve,” he said, adding that he hopes ongoing sports programs will flourish in the coming years.

Kwankwaso concluded his resignation message by invoking blessings for the state. “May Allah (SWT) continue to shower His blessings on our beloved Kano State. I wish the government and people of Kano State all the best,” he said.
