Ekiti Confirms 4 New COVID-19 Cases

Four new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Ekiti State.

This was made by the state government via its official twitter handle on Friday.

According to the state government, Ekiti now has five active COVID-19 cases, with 13 discharged and only one fatality recorded so far.

The tweet reads: “EKITI COVID-19 UPDATE: We can confirm four (4) new #COVID19 positive cases in Ekiti State whose result came back today.

“As at 6:30 pm on May 15, there are five (5) active cases of COVID-19 in Ekiti State. Four (4) previous cases have also been discharged. That brings us to a total of Active: 5 Discharged: 13 Death: 1.”
