Nigerian singer and music producer, Michael Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has disclosed the reason why he is still single.

While responding to a user on X.com on Wednesday who had asked him, “Why aren’t you married?” Don Jazzy stated that he is working on self-improvement.

“I dey work on myself, so that when my head correct, my babe go enjoy me,” the head of Mavin Records replied.

In 2021, Don Jazzy revealed that he got married to an American model and author, Michelle Jackson, at the age of 20; however, the marriage crashed two years later.

He stated that the marriage failed because he devoted his time to music and neglected his family.

“I spoilt it because I was giving all my time to my music. Music became my priority instead of my family.

“We got divorced when I was 22, and it hurt. I am still very much in love with my music, and I would not want to marry another (person) and mess it up again,” he revealed
