BREAKING: Nigeria Records 321 New COVID-19 Cases, 2 Deaths

321 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria, taking the total to 52,548 in the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed this in a statement via its verified Twitter handle on Monday.

Out of the new cases, Lagos recorded the highest daily infections with 98, followed by FCT with 34. Others are Kaduna-30, Nasarawa-25, Benue-21, Plateau-17, Rivers-15, Adamawa-11, Ogun-11, Enugu-9, Edo-8, Delta-7, Ekiti-7, Gombe-5, Ebonyi-4, Bayelsa-3, Kano-3, Ondo-3, Cross River-2, Imo-2, Kebbi-2, Niger-2, Abia-1 and Bauchi-1.

Two new fatalities were confirmed, pushing the total to 1,004, while total recoveries rose to 39,257 in the country.
