BREAKING: Nigeria Confirms 595 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Discharged Exceeds 14,000

595 new cases of coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Nigeria, pushing the total to 34,854 in the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the disclosure on Thursday night via its verified Twitter handle.

Lagos topped the list of cases by states with 156 infections, followed by by Ondo with 95. Others are Rivers-53, Abia-43, Oyo-38, Enugu-29, Edo-24, FCT-23, Kaduna-20, Akwa Ibom-17, Anambra-17, Osun-17, Ogun-14, Kano-13, Imo-11, Delta-6, Ekiti-5, Gombe-4, Plateau-4, Cross River-2, Adamawa-1, Bauchi-1, Jigawa-1 and Yobe-1.

Total death and discharged tolls rose to 769 and 14,292 respectively.

A breakdown of the cases by NCDC reads below:
