BREAKING: Nigeria Confirms 571 New COVID-19 Cases As Total Tops 32,000

571 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria, bringing the total to 32,558 in the country.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the announcement on Sunday via its verified Twitter handle.

Lagos and Ebonyi topped the list of newly confirmed cases, recording 152 and 108 infections respectively. Others are Edo-53, Ondo-46, FCT-38, Oyo-20, Kwara-19, Plateau-17, Osun-14, Bayelsa-14, Ekiti-14, Katsina-14
Akwa Ibom-11, Kaduna-11, Rivers-11, Niger-10, Ogun-7, Kano-6, Cross River-4 and Bauchi-2.

Discharged and recovery tolls in the country also to 13,447 and 740 respectively.
