In an apparent step to dispel the rumours that he has been working against the ambition of his party’s candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, President Muhammadu Buhari has just done the unconventional thing of displaying his ballot papers for everyone to see that he voted for the All Progressives Congress from top to bottom.

The President who arrived the polling unit in Daura in the company of his wife, Aisha, and one of his daughters, told newsmen why he displayed his ballot papers for the world to see.

The President wondered why people still doubt his commitment to Tinubu after he campaigned for him in Plateau, Nasarawa, Sokoto, Lagos and other states.

He added that Tinubu is his candidate and expects even his constituency in Daura to vote for him.

Aisha Buhari had equally displayed her ballots too, confirming that the family was still loyal to the APC presidential candidate.

The President has been accused by Tinubu loyalists of seeking to sabotage the former Lagos state governor, adding that the naira Swap/scarcity and fuel shortage were engineered by the Villa to make APC lose the elections.
