President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign rally slated  to hold today in Borno state.

The Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima, led top politicians from the state to welcome the president and his entourage at the  Maiduguri airport.

Thousands of APC supporters have currently taken up  the streets in Maiduguri to give the president and his entourage a garnd welcome, even when there are apparent signs the President lacks the mental and physical capabilities for a second term in office.

MERIDIAN SPY had reported earlier yesterday that the Borno State government declared today January 21 as public holiday in the State just to make sure that the President is well received.
