BREAKING: 87 COVID-19 Patients Recover In Lagos

Lagos State Government has announced the discharge of 87 coronavirus patients receiving treatment in the state isolation centres.

This was made known by the state ministry of health via its verified Twitter handle on Wednesday.

The newly recovered COVID-19 patients comprise of 40 females and 47 males, all of whom are Nigerians.

“The patients; 26 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba, 24 from Onikan, 12 from Eti-Osa (LandMark),11 from Agidingbi, 9 from Gbagada and 5 LUTH Isolation Centres were discharged having fully recovered & tested negative to #COVID19,” the health ministry tweeted.

“With this, the number of COVID19 cases successfully managed & discharged in Lagos State has risen to 825. Call 08000CORONA = 08000267662 for #COVID19 issues.”
