A school proprietor in Delta State has been arrested for allegedly raping a female corps member in his house on her first day at work. The Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, on Monday appointed the Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi, as the Chairman of Kano State Council of Chiefs, Premium Times reports.
