The Nigeria Police Force on Wednesday announced a total restriction of all vehicular movements during the February 25 elections from 12:00 am to 6:00 pm. Force spokesman, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, in a statement, said the restriction would be observed nationwide. Gunmen on Wednesday attacked the campaign convoy of the Peoples Democratic Party candidate for Enugu North/South Federal Constituency, Oforchukwu Egbo.
