President Bola Tinubu has approved the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Development Fund to facilitate effective infrastructure development across the pivotal areas of agriculture, transportation, ports, aviation, energy, healthcare, and education in Nigeria. The Kaduna State Government, on Monday received the 137 rescued school children who were abducted by bandits from the Kuriga LGEA Primary School, Chikun Local Government Area on March 7. The General Officer Commanding(GOC) 1 Division, Nigerian Army, Maj.-Gen. Mayirenso Saraso, presented the rescued children to Gov. Uba Sani of Kaduna State at Government House, Kaduna. The Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), has filed criminal charges against MTN Nigeria Communications Ltd. and four others over alleged copyright infringement. The charge with Number FHC/ABJ/CR/111/2024 filed in the Federal High Court, Abuja Division was obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Monday.
