Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke has reacted to the arrest of the state’s Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and five other individuals by the police, describing the development as concerning and calling for due process.

The arrests reportedly followed an incident currently under investigation by security authorities. Governor Adeleke urged law enforcement agencies to conduct their investigations professionally and ensure that justice is served in accordance with the law.

The state government maintained that all those involved deserve a fair and transparent process while expressing confidence that the matter will be resolved through legal channels.

Police have yet to conclude investigations, and further details are expected as the case progresses.
