VP Osinbajo Presents Economic Sustainability Plan, Says Nigeria Can Turn COVID-19 To Victory

Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo says Nigeria can convert the economic crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic into an victory for the citizens.

Osinbajo stated this on Thursday, at the presentation of the report titled: “Bouncing Back: The Nigerian Economic Sustainability Plan” to President Muhammadu Buhari, at the State House in Abuja.

The report is a post-COVID economic recovery plan for the country, prepared by the Economic Sustainability Committee, led by the Vice President.

Commenting on the report, Osinbajo noted, “the theme “Bouncing Back” is a reflection of our beliefs that this plan will avert the impending economic headwinds and convert this crisis to victory for the Nigerian people.
