Former Deputy Inspector-General of Police, Frank Mba, has explained why he ventured into private legal practice after 34 years of service in the Nigeria Police Force.
The money, amounting to N1,640,200, was mistakenly transferred by Sandra Okpara, a single mother of two, who said the funds belonged to other people she was expected to pay.
