Oliver, a well-known journalist and critic of the Delta State government, was arrested at his office in Abuja and taken to Force Headquarters, where he was confronted with a petition signed by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s Special Adviser on Security. The petition accused him of “cyberstalking” the Governor.
