The Head of Service of Ogun State, Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, has urged civil servants in the state to prioritise regular medical check-ups and take proactive steps to safeguard their health.
The call was made as part of efforts to promote preventive healthcare and improve the wellbeing and productivity of workers.
The Head of Service emphasised the importance of early detection, noting that routine health checks can help identify potential health problems before they become more serious.
The appeal comes amid growing concerns over preventable and chronic health conditions, with health experts similarly stressing that regular screening and early intervention can reduce complications and improve health outcomes.
