Oyo Discharges Two Coronavirus Patients

The Oyo State government has announced the discharge of two coronavirus patients who tested negative for the disease.

This was made known by the state governor, Seyi Makinde on Sunday via his verified Twitter handle.

Governor Makinde said the total number of discharged infected cases in the state is now nine while current active cases are six.

He tweeted: “OYO STATE COVID-19 TASK FORCE UPDATE (APRIL 19, 2020).

“Two confirmed COVID-19 patients were discharged today after receiving their second negative test results.

“This brings the number of discharged cases to nine. So, there are currently six active cases in Oyo State.”
