President Muhammadu Buhari is to preside over the Council of State meeting at the Presidential Villa today. The Council of State meeting is expected to have all former presidents, former Chief Justices, and other erstwhile principal leaders of the country in attendance.

A few minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting, President Buhari was seen exchanging pleasantries with former President Olusegun Obasanjo with glee and radiance of uncommon smiles on their faces.

Ex-president Obasanjo is currently at the vanguard of a new alternative than President Buhari . Lately, Mr Obasanjo has lashed out at the President Buhari, accusing him of gross ineptitude, administratiive laxity and mental incapablility.

The Council of State meeting is a constitutional endorsed assemblage where critical issues of national importance are being deliberated upon.
