Zainab Abiola and Aliyu Lemu, lawyers to Ibrahim Magu, the suspended acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) were ordered out of a sitting of the presidential probe panel led by Ayo Salami.

Salami ordered security operatives in the villa to walk the two lawyers out on Monday, after they were both introduced by Wahab Shitttu as part of the legal team to represent Magu at the session.

The head of the panel insisted that only Shittu who had been representing the sacked acting EFCC chairman since the investigation began be allowed to defend Magu.
