‘I Never Had N30 Billion’, Says Davido

Nigerian music super star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido said he never had N30billion naira.

The ‘Davido Music Worldwide DMW boss, said this in response to a twitter user who asked him for a cash giveaway.

It has become a trend on social media for some Nigerians to demand cash giveaways from celebrities to help themselves during the coronavirus lock-down period.

A twitter user, @CynthiaTheBrand asked davido, “Do giveaway…boredom go die down.”

Davido replied, “No money for now .. no show in sight abeg .. we all Dey here together ! #unity.”

Then another twitter user, @_olayinka, replied, “Haaaa, 30billion never finish na.”

The singer, Davido again responded, “never had N30 billion.” “Even celebrities are not finding it easy in this period of Coronavirus pandemic.” He added.

Recall that Davido had tweeted few days ago, he tested negative for coronavirus for the second time, while previously revealing that his fiancee, Chioma tested positive for the disease.
