BREAKING: Nigeria Records No Death As 453 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed

Nigeria has confirmed 453 new coronavirus cases, pushing the total to 47,743 in the country.

This was made known by the NIgeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Wednesday night via its verified Twitter handle.

Of the 453 new cases, Lagos topped the list, confirming 113 infections, followed by FCT with 72. Others are Plateau-59, Enugu-55, Kaduna-38, Ondo-32, Osun-26, Ebonyi-20, Ogun-9, Delta-8, Borno-7, Akwa Ibom-6, Oyo-5, Bauchi-1, Kano-1 and Ekiti-1.

No new death was recorded as the total remained at 956 while recovery rose to 33,943.

A breakdown of the cases as reported by NCDC reads below:
