BREAKING: Nigeria Records Low As 290 New COVID-19 Cases Confirmed By NCDC, 5 Deaths

Nigeria’s coronavirus cases have increased by 290 to 46,867.

This was disclosed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday via its verified twitter handle.

Out of the 290 new cases, Lagos which topped the list recorded 82 infections, followed by Plateau with 82 and Oyo, 19. Others are FCT-18, Edo-16, Kaduna-15, Enugu-9, Ogun-9, Kano-8, Kwara-8, Cross River-5, Ondo-5, Rivers-5, Ekiti-4, Imo-3 and Borno-2.

Five new fatalities were recorded, pushing the total to 950, as recoveries rose to 33,346 in the country.

A breakdown of the cases as reported by NCDC reads below:
