Popular singer, Divine Ikubor, aka Rema, joined other world stars to perform at the grand wedding of Anant, the son of Indian billionaire, Mukesh Ambani, who has been described as the richest man in Asia.

The lavish wedding activities had been going on for months, with global star, Rihanna, performing at one of the events.

However, the Jio World Centre in Mumbai, India, was electrified on Friday, July 12, 2024, when Anant tied the knot with his bride, Radhika Merchant.

During the celebration, Rema captivated the audience with his hit single, Calm Down, as many of them excitedly sang along and danced to his rhythmic performance. The crowd was visibly thrilled, and they cheered him on.

The Nigerian singer shared the stage with other international artistes, such as Justin Bieber and Rihanna, adding more glitz to the already glamorous and star-studded event.

Activities that were held as part of the couple’s wedding include an engagement party, pre-wedding party, cruise party, music night, wedding party for underprivileged, and many others.

Other distinguished guests at the wedding were two former Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom— Boris Johnson and Tony Blair; Priyanka Chopra, Kim Kardashian, and many others.

The older Ambani (snr) currently occupies the tenth spot on the list of the world’s richest people. His business interests span manufacturing, petrochemicals, oil and gas, telecom, retail and financial services. He also owns the world’s largest oil refinery— Jamnagar Refinery in Gujarat, India
