NIPR Presents Recertification Certificate to Emir of Kano Ahead of AGM

NIPR Presents Recertification Certificate to Emir of Kano Ahead of AGM

The President and Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Malam Muktar Zubairu Siraj, has presented a recertification certificate to Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, ahead of the institute’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The President who led a delegation of the institute’s council members to the Emir’s palace in Kano on Tuesday.

Dr. Sule Ya’u Sule, a Fellow to the institute said the event marked the recognition of Emir Ado Bayero’s esteemed membership and as a prominent member of the Institute.

According to him, during the presentation, Malam  Siraj took the opportunity to discuss the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute.

Addressing the Emir, the NIPR boss expressed gratitude for the support and cooperation of the Kano Emirate Council in advancing the cause of the Institute, while outlining the significance of the AGM in promoting excellence and best practices in public relations.

In response, the Emir, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, graciously accepted the recertification certificate and assured the President and the Institute’s members of his attendance and active participation in the upcoming AGM.

He emphasized the importance of enhancing the country’s public relations standards while commending the Institute for its continuous efforts in fostering professionalism and ethical conduct in the field of public relations.

Meridian Spy  reports that recertification is a norm for Public Relation Practitioners to be recertified into the institute for a sustainable trackable identity.
