The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented a certificate of return to Governor Godwin Obaseki, winner of the just concluded Edo State governorship election.
Governor Obaseki who polled 307,955 votes, winning 13 out of the 18 local government areas of the state, was presented the certificate of return by the electoral umpire on Tuesday.
