The Director-General at the centre of the ongoing fake agency controversy has responded to the allegations, claiming that more ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) were involved in the events surrounding the scandal.

In his response, the embattled official defended his actions and alleged that the issue extends beyond his office, calling for a broader investigation into the activities of other government institutions.

The latest claims have added a new twist to the controversy, as authorities continue efforts to determine the circumstances surrounding the establishment and operations of the alleged agency.

Investigations into the matter are ongoing, with lawmakers and relevant authorities expected to review the new allegations.
