COVID-19: 10 Foreign Nationals, 38 Others Discharged In Lagos

The Lagos State Government has announced the discharge forty-eight coronavirus patients in the state.

The state ministry of health made the disclosure on Sunday via its verified Twitter handle.

“48 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients; 17 females & 31 males including 10 foreign nationals – 2 Indians , 4 Americans, 2 Polish, 1 Brazilian & 1 Dutch were discharged from our Isolation facilities to reunite with the society,” the health ministry tweeted.

“The patients; 1 from Onikan, 8 from Gbagada, 10 from Agidingbi, 14 from Lekki, 4 from Mainland Infectious Disease Hospital, and 11 from Eti-Osa (LandMark) Isolation Centres were discharged after testing negative to #COVID19.

“With this, the number of #COVID19 cases successfully managed & discharged in Lagos is now 1185.

“Let’s continue to adhere strictly to #PhysicalDistancing & #handhygiene principles #ForACOVID19FreeLagos.”
