BREAKING: Ogah Floors Emenike, As Federal High Court Upholds His Candidacy

The Federal High Court has dismissed the application of Chief Emenike seeking to set aside the ruling that upheld the submission of Dr Uche Ogah’s name as the authentic governorship candidate of APC in Abia State to INEC.

The court held that the nomination and election of Dr Ogah was not only proper but valid as his election was superintended by the National Working Committee of the party in accordance with the Party’s Electoral Guidelines.
