BREAKING: Lagos Discharges 21 Coronavirus Patients, Total Now 469

Twenty-one coronavirus patients have been discharged from the isolation facilities in Lagos State after testing negative twice for the disease.

The Lagos State Ministry of Health made the disclosure via its verified Twitter handle on Sunday.

The patients; four females and 17 males were discharged from the state’s isolation facilities at Onikan, Eti-Osa (LandMark), First Cardiology Hospital andLagos State University teaching Hospital, LUTH to reunite with the society.

This bring the tally of total discharged in the state to 469.

The state health ministry tweeted: “#COVID19Lagos Update Breaking! 21 #COVID19Lagos patients; 4 females & 17 males; all Nigerians have been discharged from our Isolation facilities at Onikan, Eti-Osa (LandMark), First Cardiology Hospital & @LUTHofficial to reunite with the society.

“The patients; 3 from Onikan, 1 from Eti-Osa (LandMark), 6 from Lekki, 1 from First Cardiology & 10 from @LUTHofficial have fully recovered & tested negative twice consecutively.

“With this, the number of patients successfully managed & discharged in Lagos has risen to 469.”
