30 vessels to arrive Lagos ports with petroleum products, food, others – NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 30 ships with petroleum products, food items and other goods are expected in Lagos on Thursday.

 

The NPA in its Daily Shipping Position said the vessels are expected at Apapa, Lekki Deep Sea Port and Tincan Island port from May 14 to May 28.

 

It said that eight of the expected ships contained containers of different goods.

The NPA added that 22 ships are to berth with frozen fish, general cargo, aviation fuel, bulk wheat, diesel, gasoline, bulk gas, and crude oil.

Meanwhile, the NPA noted that 10 ships and tanker vessels had arrived at the three ports waiting to berth with containers, gasoline, bulk fertiliser, aviation fuel and crude oil.

It also stated that 22 ships are presently discharging bulk urea, containers, petrol, bulk fertiliser, trucks, bitumen, bulk sugar, base oil, aviation fuel, diesel, among others, at the three ports
