Human right lawyer, Olisa Agbakoba has distanced himself from the newly formed political movement called National Consultative Front.
MERIDIAN SPY reported earlier Agbakoba was listed among the eminent Nigerians, including human right lawyer, Femi Falana, former Kaduna senator, Shehu Sani, former education minister, Oby Ezekwesili and others, that formed the new political movement with the aim of advancing political reforms and ideal leadership in the country.
But the human right lawyer, in his reaction on Thursday, noted that he was not consulted and so he is not part of the movement.
“Dear all, my attention has been drawn to a widely circulated story that I am part of a new political movement known as the National Consultative Front,” he noted in his official Twitter handle.
“Without prejudice to the need for such a political movement, I want to place it on record that I was not consulted and so I am not part of the National Consultative Front.”
