Coronavirus cases in Nigeria have hit 20,244 after 436 new infections were confirmed.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Cntrol (NCDC) broke the news on Sunday via his verified Twitter handle.
Lagos continued to top the daily records, after 169 new infections were confirmed in the state, followed by Oyo and Plateau with 52 and 31 respectively. Others are Imo-29, Kaduna-28, Ogun-23, FCT-18, Enugu-18, Bauchi-17, Bayelsa-14, Rivers-8, Osun-6, Kano-6, Edo-5, Benue-5, Adamawa-3, Borno-2, Abia-1 and Ekiti-1.
Total recoveries and deaths toll in the country also rose to 6,879 and 518 respectively.
