138 be cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Nigeria, bringing the total to 53,865 in the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) made the disclosure on Sunday via its verified Twitter handle.
Out of the new cases, Plateau topped the list with 55, followed by Lagos with 15. Others are Ebonyi-11, Oyo-11, Abia-8, Anambra-7, FCT-7, Rivers-7, Kaduna-6, Ondo-5, Kwara-3, Bauchi-1, Benue-1 and Edo-1.
Two new fatalities were recorded pushing the total to 1,013, while recovery toll rose to 41,513 in the country.
