Nigeria has recorded 146 new coronavirus cases, taking the tally to 4,787 in the country.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC made the announcement on Tuesday night via its verified Twitter handle.
Out of the 146 new cases, 57 were confirmed in Lagos, 27 in Kano, 10 in Kwara, nine in Edo, eight in Bauchi, seven in Yobe, four in Kebbi and Oyo, three in Katsina and Niger, two in Plateau, Borno, Sokoto and Benue, and one each in Gombe, Enugu, Ebonyi, Ogun, FCT and Rivers.
Total discharged cases also rose to 959 while deaths now at 158.
