Nigerian Singer, Iledare Oluwajuwonlo, popularly known as Jaywon, was arrested by policemen attached to the Dolphin Estate Division of the Lagos State Police Command, for violating the overnight curfew order imposed by President Muhammadu Buhari, which took effect from Monday 4th of May, to mitigate spread of coronavirus.
The ‘Aje’ crooner was intercepted and taken into custody by 11pm on Monday while driving to an unknown location
After his statement was taken at the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Panti, Yaba, he was charged before a mobile court on Tuesday May 5.
Jaywon however pleaded guilty to the charges levelled against him, and was ordered him to pay a fine of N10,000, in adddition to a 30 minutes compulsory community service.
